Synopsis

As officers arrived to disperse the street race, vehicles spun out of the parking lot. One driver, attempting levity to mask the gravity of his infraction, offered a series of strained jokes. Meanwhile, a woman with an outstanding warrant seemed more concerned with maintaining her breath than with her legal troubles.
