Synopsis

A watchful neighbor alerts the authorities to a robbery in progress at the liquor store below. Elsewhere, a driver fractures a burgeoning friendship by pilfering his new acquaintance's vehicle. Meanwhile, deputies counsel a young man to embody a more positive influence for his sibling.
