Synopsis

A man, gripped by the conviction he was being stalked by a wild animal, resisted arrest and had to be subdued by officers. A celebratory birthday quickly devolved into chaos when firearms were drawn. Elsewhere, deputies intervened to de-escalate a tense and potentially dangerous domestic dispute.
