Synopsis

Fleeing the consequences of his actions, a man with a criminal record finds refuge with his grandmother. Meanwhile, law enforcement utilizes a relic from the 1980s – an antiquated security device. Elsewhere, officers are compelled to involve animal control when neighbors decline to return a dog to its rightful owners.
