Synopsis

Driven to desperation, a man without a home chooses to provoke the authorities, convinced he has nowhere left to turn. Kind strangers intervene when they witness a man attempting to break into a vehicle belonging to one of their neighbors. Meanwhile, officers work to mediate a disagreement between a newly married couple.
