Synopsis

A young man, accustomed to privilege, believes himself capable of directing the police. A habitual offender manages to evade deputies for a time, leaving a trail of significant destruction in his wake. Tensions escalate as a mother, her emotions raw, confronts her son, now bound by handcuffs.
