Synopsis

The afternoon yielded a series of unsettling vignettes: a woman taking violent aim at a tow truck driver, using him as a target; a man matter-of-factly detailing his reliance on methamphetamine for pain relief; and a couple desperately attempting to dissuade police from their accusations of shoplifting.
