Synopsis

A man with a weapon took refuge behind a small dog. Elsewhere, a woman, impaired by alcohol or drugs, descended into a destructive frenzy, attacking homes and their inhabitants. A woman known for her affection for cats contacted the authorities after her neighbors became overly inquisitive.
