Synopsis

A figure bolted from the officers’ path, disappearing into the heart of the drug-ridden district. Later, a pedestrian was stopped, and items of a questionable nature were discovered within his jacket. And then, a woman bore the brunt of the consequences when methamphetamine was found hidden in the vehicle she shared with her lover.
