Synopsis

As officers approached, a suspect darted into the brightly lit fast-food restaurant. Elsewhere, a driver sped away in his grandmother's car, a reckless chase unfolding with police in hot pursuit. Meanwhile, two young lovers were apprehended with a small amount of an unidentified white powder.
