Synopsis

In Rialto, a police officer pursued a man who had weaponized his wife's vehicle, using it to force another car off the road. Simultaneously, a Harris County sheriff's officer was sent to investigate a vehicle suspected of carrying a rifle. Elsewhere, in a neighborhood unfamiliar to him, Rancho Cucamonga police deputies examined a man and his parked car.
