Synopsis

In Minneapolis, a police officer meticulously prepares the details for a prostitution sting operation, inadvertently encountering several women engaged in sex work. Simultaneously, a County Sheriff's Officer observes two men and women congregating near a truck stop. Later, a Snohomish County Sheriff's Officer is dispatched to address a disturbance at a local pub.
