Synopsis

Officers from Boston, Lowell, and Palm Springs responded to a series of incidents. These included an arrest for cocaine possession within a known gang territory; the throwing of bottles from a moving vehicle, resulting in an arrest; and the apprehension of a man accused of attempting to contact a thirteen-year-old girl with the intent to commit a sexual offense.
