Synopsis

Responding to a report of a male suspect armed with a knife, believed to be under the influence of drugs and making threats of violence, Officers Jeremy Daniel and Jerry Anderson of the Spokane, Washington Police Department find themselves compelled to physically subdue the agitated man. Separately, Officer Darrell Evans of the Anchorage, Alaska Police Department investigates an incident where two men assaulted a male victim and instructed their dog to attack him.
