Synopsis

**Special Edition (Fort Worth, TX – 10:07 PM – Suspicious Vehicle)** Officer Sara Stratten finds her work in the East Division straightforward; a crook is rarely far away. She observes a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the street with its headlights on – likely stolen. The car slows and pulls over. The driver exits, then re-enters, revealing no license. The passenger is similarly unlicensed and attempts to conceal something while approaching a nearby residence. He eventually returns, unc
