Synopsis

The revelry of Mardi Gras in New Orleans during 2004 included a series of notable incidents. These ranged from men displaying themselves publicly and subsequent arrests, to a couple engaging in intimate behavior. A patron was also apprehended after spitting on a doorman. Further, an individual was arrested for urinating in public, and another for involvement in illegal gambling activities.
