(Pierce County, WA - 12:34 AM Pursuit in Progress) Lakewood – Officer Trent Stephens initiated a pursuit of two occupants traveling between Pierce and Tacoma. He deployed stop sticks on 5th Avenue. The driver, observing the officer, swerved into the parking lot of a 7-Eleven. Units from five cities joined the chase.
