Synopsis

In Portland, Oregon, Officer Jason Preston encountered a man riding a bicycle without clothing. In Des Moines, Iowa, Officer Michael Coughlin apprehended a tattooed man who was unclothed within the back of a vehicle. Also in Des Moines, Officer Lori Wilson made the arrest of a naked man who was bleeding and attempted to flee by breaching a fence.
