Synopsis

During a routine traffic stop, Officer Tom Hemsley of the Jacksonville, Florida, Sheriff’s Office encounters a driver who refuses to comply. The driver briefly ceases movement, allowing passengers to escape before initiating a high-speed chase across several major highways. Ultimately, the driver loses control, crashing into a guardrail. He then abandons the vehicle, leaping from an overpass and vanishing into the darkness. Officer Hemsley gives chase but sustains a head injury when he also jump
