Synopsis

(Chattanooga, TN - 9:28 PM Robbery Call) Officer Phillip McClain of Fox Station, a city he considers among the most beautiful in the country, feels a deep responsibility to address its challenges. Like many urban centers, Chattanooga faces its share of problems, but his commitment to improving the city's safety keeps him rooted there. Responding to a robbery report at a local motel, McClain enters the suspect’s room and discovers bags of crack cocaine concealed within the bathroom ceiling vent.
