Synopsis

In Atlanta, Georgia, Officer Kevin Otts positioned his vehicle to form part of a roadblock designed to intercept drivers operating without proper licensing, insurance, or possessing stolen vehicles. Meanwhile, Officers Rick Lewis and Jeff Crenshaw responded to a reported burglary in progress, discovering a man trapped within an apartment after he had forced entry through a window. Senior Officer James Price joined the pursuit of a vehicle known to be stolen.
