Synopsis

Back at the precinct, Detective Kevin Corcoran is taken aback by the sight of a new case involving someone dear to him, now held captive. He desperately seeks to free his friend, turning to those with influence for assistance. Yet, General Brendan Donovan is preoccupied with a significant political and business undertaking. Separately, Doctor Matthew Freeman approaches Robert Morehouse, proposing a collaborative effort to benefit the city.
