Synopsis

The nation’s sorrow settled upon Detective Kevin Corcoran like a shroud. He grieved, as did so many, finding solace in the company of Robert Morehouse and Doctor Matthew Freeman. Together, the three men resolved to contribute once again to the national cause. For them, this renewed effort stirred echoes of the battlefield, resurrected figures from their past, and, perhaps inevitably, offered further avenues for the unrest of Five Points to fester.
