Synopsis

Hayes's next assignment for the CIU concerns Leo Scarlata, a man whose mental faculties are impaired and who is incarcerated for the arson that destroyed his family’s restaurant, resulting in fatalities. As Hayes considers the case, she begins to suspect she has undertaken a burden heavier than anticipated, a feeling amplified by the arrival of a documentary crew sanctioned by Wallace, who promptly begins to shadow the team.
