Synopsis

A bullet intended for Julian struck his mother, setting in motion a chain of events that would test the resolve of Dillon’s newly formed Liber8 task force. Kiera found herself grappling with a terrible choice: how much was she willing to sacrifice to prevent Julian's predetermined path of violence?
