Synopsis

The explosion of a land mine stole Saunders’ sight and the life of his companion as they carried crucial intelligence toward their own lines. Blinded and wounded, Saunders was taken in by a German chaplain who feigned English identity. The chaplain sought Saunders' assistance in moving a wounded German captain to safety.
