Synopsis

A tense rivalry unfolds between French gypsies and Saunders’ unit as they both contend for custody of a German prisoner. The German officer’s brutal massacre of their encampment – a community of seventy-eight men, women, and children – has fueled a fierce desire for retribution among the gypsies.
