Synopsis

Frank Brailie manages a private military foundation, an enterprise ultimately controlled by the wheelchair-bound General Padget. Lately, the General has grown wary of Brailie; a significant sum of money appears to be diverted to a Special Projects Fund. Distrusting, the General tasks a trusted associate with investigating both Brailie and the fund.
