Colony proves to be a consistently good science fiction adventure program, largely thanks to Carlton Cuse’s involvement as producer—his work on Lost shines through. The actors, among them Josh Holloway, Sarah Wayne Callies, Tory Kittles, and Peter Jacobson, all give noteworthy performances; the characters feel fully realized. Visually, the show is impressive, with high-quality effects that enhance a captivating plot. It’s disappointing that the series didn't get another season, as viewers are left hanging on an unresolved storyline. Even so, Colony remains something you should definitely check out.
