Synopsis

Detective Kelly, along with Tonya and the Alcoa Police Department, reopened the chilling case of a beloved eighty-year-old woman, brutally raped and murdered in 1990. Their investigation seeks to determine whether the perpetrator was a random act of violence or someone known to the victim, perhaps a member of her own family.
