Synopsis

Kelly and Steve accepted positions with the Kankakee Police Department, drawn into a case concerning a woman haunted by a near encounter from her childhood. When she was eleven, she believed she had glimpsed her mother’s killer at her front door, but the figure vanished before she could identify him.
