Synopsis

The investigation centers on the 2004 death of a teenager within a juvenile detention center. The boy, wrongly committed, perished before efforts could be made to secure his release. Concurrently, Lilly finds herself rekindling a past connection with Eddie Saccardo, a narcotics officer and a man from her earlier life.
