Synopsis

A fresh piece of evidence surfaces in the file of a 1964 incident, once dismissed as a simple hit-and-run. A threatening letter now directed at the victim compels Will and Kat to journey to Mississippi, where they reopen the investigation into the death of a woman who had been quietly aiding in the provision of school supplies for Black children.
