Synopsis

In 1989, a woman of unassuming appearance, thirty-three years old, is fatally shot in an alley. Years later, her unsolved murder reemerges into the light when a cassette tape belonging to the victim is discovered in the apartment of a man who has taken his own life. The tape, it seems, was the last thing he listened to before his death. Simultaneously, Vera begins living in the deceased man's apartment.
