Synopsis

Detective Rush and his team reopened the case of a young woman, seventeen years old at the time of her death, who was murdered in 1969. Her body was discovered in the apartment of her boyfriend, shortly after he fled to Canada to evade the draft and avoid military service in Vietnam.
