Synopsis

The discovery of an audio recording by a drug addict, capturing the sound of a fatal shooting, stirred Lilly to reopen a cold case from 1973. The case concerned the death of a twenty-one-year-old police officer, a rookie who had been fatally shot three times in the chest while responding to a call at a housing project rife with drug activity.
