Synopsis

Lilly receives a desperate plea from the fiancée of a firefighter: she must help establish a connection between a recently paroled convict, serving time for a separate offense, and the death of the firefighter's wife. The young woman had been killed by a crude bomb just days before she was scheduled to testify against a man who had committed indecent exposure.
