Synopsis

The Chicago Police Department has initiated a program called Women’s DNA, dedicated to funding the analysis of long-untested rape kits and aiding survivors in their pursuit of justice. Simultaneously, in Sacramento County, California, a deputy district attorney is revisiting a sixteen-year-old homicide – a man brutally stabbed in his own home – employing a recent grant specifically for DNA testing in the search for his killer.
