Synopsis

Detectives representing three separate divisions within Westchester County, New York, joined forces to pursue a serial killer; and a man identified as the Bus Stop Rapist emerged as the primary suspect decades following the discovery of a woman’s body beneath a hotel mattress in the original investigation.
