Synopsis

It would take almost three decades for advancements in DNA technology to finally offer law enforcement the opportunity to secure a conviction in the case of a young woman murdered while hitchhiking. Similarly, Philadelphia police pursued the man responsible for the rape and killing of a ten-year-old girl for sixteen long years.
