Synopsis

Fire investigator Jack Malooly lent his expertise to unraveling the crimes of an arsonist and murderer who ignited a string of fires for insurance fraud. Separately, within the confines of a prison, a convict informed a homicide detective he could offer no assistance with the present investigation; however, he possessed knowledge concerning another murder—one that had occurred in California fifteen years prior.
