Synopsis

The unexpected finding of a human scalp resurfaced an old case, ultimately leading to a man’s conviction for murder eighteen years following the crime. Separately, a teenage boy with a disturbing penchant for abducting young children inflicted bone fractures upon his victims, killing one and subjecting another to agonizing torture.
