Synopsis

Having recently served time for an unfortunate incident involving disciplinary measures and an unintended recipient, the vampire villain Count Spankulot has resolved to dedicate his powers to the betterment of children. He seeks out the Kids Next Door with a proposition: an offer of alliance! However, the former Bounty Hunter of Bottoms proves to be remarkably irritating in his reformed state. How will the KND manage to dispose of this persistent annoyance?
