Synopsis

A colleague, Numbuh 30c, was dispatched to assist Sector V in thwarting a villain's scheme to eliminate snow days with a weather-altering device. However, his assistance proved disastrous. He deliberately provided incorrect directions, disregarded their pleas for aid, and ultimately launched a missile strike against them.
