Synopsis

Toki, Ogami, and Sakura made their move to penetrate the heavily guarded government facility, only to find themselves confronted by two imposing figures wielding abilities of their own. Locating their target, Diet member Tabata, they prepared to execute their objective when a previously concealed truth came to light.
