Synopsis

The medical team operates continuously for thirty-six hours in the critical care unit, confronting the raw grief of a mother whose two sons have suffered a horrific car accident. Separately, Mario exerts pressure on Angus, persuading him to perform a procedure that is ultimately superfluous. He then manipulates the situation so that Angus bears the consequences when Leanne discovers the truth.
