Synopsis

With Naoto registered as her master, AnchoR is released from the predetermined path of destruction that defined her. From the cube she carries, Vermouth appears – the one who transmitted the shortwave to Marie. He informs the group that the colossal weapon, Yatsukahagi, is fueled by electromagnetic technology. And in Akihabara, this same technology brings the city's mechanisms to a standstill.
