Synopsis

Upon encountering a newcomer in their neighborhood, a boy named Clarence, Jeff and Sumo resolve to introduce him to the delights of town life: greasy treats, bustling arcades, and fizzy soda. But this introduction to a certain lifestyle may prove more than the young boy can handle.
