Synopsis

Clarence learned with a start that his neighbor was none other than Ms. Shoop, the perpetually stern school recess monitor. He concluded that the woman simply lacked companionship and resolved to rectify the situation. Thus began Clarence’s earnest endeavor to introduce Ms. Shoop to a few friendly faces.
