Synopsis

A woman asks Ryo to find Sakura, her future sister-in-law. Sakura is connected to a biker gang, and the woman’s husband, Sakura’s older brother, has been abducted. The motive appears to be the counterfeit license plates he fabricated, which Sakura has concealed. Ryo also discovers that Umibozu has been employed by those seeking the plates.
